School is back in and life is back to the "schooltime" routine. The hockey season is swinging back into action. Exhibition games are being played and the regular season is getting underway (or will be soon) for most leagues.
Everyone is ok in our household. Other than the usual aches and pains we are doing well. For the mostpart, our extended famillies are doing well. A close cousin of mine had a serious life altering situation and our thoughts are with her and her familly.
We have finished the renovations to our house. We spent a lot of our free time this summer fixing up the house. First we painted the walls on the inside. Then we pressure washed and stained the front steps and back deck. And last but not least we replaced the remaining carpet in the house with laminate flooring. It was a lot of work, but it looks good.
