After three days of work staining (plus the 2 days it took me and dad to pressure wash the deck and steps), we are finally done. It looks pretty good too. We used Olympic solid color, latex stain, the Cedar color. We only needed one coat but we went through about 2 and a half gallons after all was said and done.

The next step is for me to repaint the exterior door casing. Then I will tackle the back of the house. There is a lot of gravel that wasn't properly made into a lawn by the owners of the park. When I was negotiating to buy the mini home, they had told me that they would finish the innitial landscaping around the house, but they never did. Most of my neighbors have similar complaints (or worse). So after 5+ years of asking and waiting, I guess its up to me.
