A little while back, I invested in a pair of mono-lights to help me with my photography. I bought a pair of Bowens Gemini 400 watt/second mono-lights with light stands and umbrellas.

Recently, I had to ship one back to the manufacturer for some warranty work (issue with misfires and short circuit).
So I packed it up and shipped it off. After a couple weeks I was excited to hear it had been repaired and was being returned to me. So my pair of lights would be complete again.
Well, it arrived today. I was pumped. However, when I opened the box I was so disappointed! The flash tube (light bulb) was broken.

Well, the vendor is in Toronto and was closed when we called to complain. Hopefully, they'll call us back tomorrow and It will be a simple matter of having them ship a new flash tube.
Needless to say I was/am very disappointed.
