Lots has been going on with us for the last few years that we haven't posted about.
I've spent the last few months (since May) struggling with major side effects to the Cobalt radiation that I had in '83 for my tumor. Yeah, I said it too.... delayed side effects by 27+ years!
Basically MAJOR headaches, loss of vision and memory problems. Almost as though the wiring in my brain had to re-wire itself. Everything seems to be returning to normal now.
It is a VERY rare condition, and frankly, I am impressed that the doctors were able to figure it out so quickly. This Web site was given to me by Dr. Squarey at the Moncton Hospital, and apperently there is not much more (I know I couldn't find any).
Before that I was attending CompuCollege in Moncton, where I was enrolled in thier ISS+ program. It is a computer networking course that will allow me to land a decent job doing what I like. The program was almost 2 years long
Saint Linda, I call her that for everything she goes through to put up with me, is still at Purolater and has been doing a lot of training for them. And she's been volunteering with the Arthritis society here in Moncton.
New post will be coming soon. life is starting to get back to normal for us.
