Its that time again. And I just wanted to extend my best wishes to all of my familly and friends at this specaial time of year.
I work at one of the largest retailers in the world. And due to the comercialization of the Christmas season, the spirit sometimes gets lost on me. Its the most tiring part of the year for me and there are fare too many grumpy and downright mean people for my liking at this time of year.
Nonetheless, my wife loves the Christmas Season. And I am trying not to be as much of a Grinch this year. The key is that I am "trying" right???
I find it sad that most of us have lost sight of what Christmas is all about. Other than the religious significance of the day. I feel that the importance of receiving gifts and spending money is vastly overexagerated. To me Christmas is about having time with our friends and families. Thats what is important to me.
So, to all of my friends and family; MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Other than the normal Christmas rush, we recently went to see the new James Bond film called Casino Royale. I was quite impressed. It was the best James Bond movie that I remember. Although I must admit I am not a huge 007 fan.
